Grilled King prawns with garlic butter
Wash the prawns thoroughly and remove any dirt.
Heat the butter, garlic and white wine in a pan on a low heat until the butter is melted. Take off the heat and leave to the side.
In another grill pan heat olive oil and butter, add the prawns and garlic and stir well.
Cook the prawns for around 4–6 minutes until cooked through.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and scatter the chopped parsley over.
Pour the garlic, wine and butter sauce on top of the prawns.
Serve at once.
1 tbsp olive oil
200g large whole king prawns
2 garlic cloves, crushed
A small handful of chopped parsley
A splash of dry white wine
Pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper
