Grilled Peaches, Mozzarella and Parma Ham
Start by slicing the peaches into thirds (remove the stones). Add the peaches to a hot grill pan and cook for around 2 minutes each side until golden.
Whilst this is cooking, mix salad leaves with olive oil, balsamic dressing and salt.
Cut the burrata into six even pieces and plate up with salad and prosciutto.
2 flat peaches
1 large burrata
6 pieces of prosciutto ham
A handful of mixed salad leaves
A drizzle of balsamic vinegar and virgin olive oil
A pinch of salt
