Spicy King Prawn Spaghetti
METHOD
Wash the prawns and remove any dirt/grit.
Coat the prawns in chopped chili, garlic, parsley, squeeze of lemon, salt, pepper and olive oil. Leave to marinate for 5 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti (as per the packet instructions) and in a pinch of salt to allow the pasta to move freely.
Melt butter on a medium heat, add the prawns and fry until cooked through ( around 2-3 minutes)
Add passata, white wine and let the sauce simmer for a couple minutes.
Fold the pasta into the sauce and serve with extra olive oil, salt and pepper.

200g whole king prawns
A cup of passata
2 garlic bulbs, chopped
Handful of parsley
½ onion, chopped
½ chilli, chopped
200-300g spaghetti
½ lemon rind, grated
½ glass of white wine
Olive oil, pepper and salt seasoning
2tbsp butter
