Summer Flatbreads

PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES|COOKING TIME: 3 each side MINUTES|Makes around 6 flatbreads

METHOD

Whisk flour, baking powder and yogurt together. Add flour to a wooden board and start my needing the dough until this becomes less sticky. In a frying pan, add fennel seeds, chili flakes mint, butter and garlic and cook on a low heat.

Divide the dough into 6 even-sized balls and roll out.

Fry the flatbreads for 3 minutes each side and dress with chopped radishes, yogurt, mint, dill and olive oil.

INGREDIENTS

200g spelt flour
2tbsp butter
4sp baking powder
Handful of mint and dill
1tsp fennel seeds
1tsp chili flakes
200g Greek low fat yogurt
Pinch of salt and pepper
½ radish, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2tbsp virgin olive oil
